A shared clinical record
Every clinician you see reads the same notes. You won't repeat your history at each door.
MediCore brings primary care, diagnostics and specialist referral into a single coordinated visit — so you spend less time repeating your story and more time getting better.
Fragmented care wastes time and loses detail. At MediCore your family physician, imaging technologist and visiting specialist all work from the same chart and speak to each other directly.

Independent and clinician-owned since our first office in 2009.
MediCore started in 2009 as a two-room practice on Harbourvale Road. Our founders kept watching patients disappear into months-long waits between a referral and an answer, so they began bringing the services in-house instead.
Imaging came first, then cardiology clinics, then a maternal health program. Today the group runs two sites and a shared clinical record — but the original rule still holds: nobody leaves without knowing what happens next.
“We measure ourselves on whether a patient can explain their own care plan when they walk out.”
Dr. Ilana Weiss — Co-founder & Medical DirectorWe deliberately kept our scope narrow. Each area below has its own dedicated clinicians and equipment rather than being a line on a brochure.
Ongoing primary care for every age — checkups, chronic disease management, immunisation and referrals coordinated in one chart.
02ECG, Holter monitoring, stress testing and cardiology clinics for blood pressure, rhythm and post-event follow-up.
03On-site X-ray and ultrasound with reports read the same day, so your physician can act before you get home.
04Prenatal monitoring, postpartum recovery checks, lactation support and newborn wellness visits in one program.
05Walk-in assessment for minor injuries, infections and sudden symptoms — extended hours, no appointment needed.
Every clinician you see reads the same notes. You won't repeat your history at each door.
Imaging and bloodwork are read in-house, usually before your appointment window closes.
One clinician owns your file end-to-end, including chasing outside specialists on your behalf.
Our reception and nursing staff cover nine languages, with interpreters booked free on request.
The ultrasound and the follow-up conversation happened in the same afternoon. I'd braced myself for a three-week wait.
My father has four specialists. This is the first practice that actually put their notes in one place and explained the whole picture to him.
Evening appointments meant I didn't lose a shift. Parking is tight, but the care was worth the walk.
New patient intake is open at both sites. We'll request your previous records, book a 45-minute first consultation, and confirm your care lead before you arrive.
