Common questions

Before you book

If your question isn't covered here, our reception team is reachable during clinic hours.

Ask Our Team

No. You can book directly into any of our five care areas. If you're unsure which fits, start with Family Medicine and your care lead will route you internally without an outside referral.

Same-week appointments are typically available for family medicine and imaging. Cardiology runs on fixed clinic days, so those can take longer. Urgent care is walk-in during extended weekday hours.

Yes. Reports are read by our own radiology lead and then discussed with you by a clinician. We don't simply file a result and leave you to interpret it.

Insured medical services are billed directly to provincial coverage at no cost to you. Non-insured items — documentation, travel consults and employment medicals — are charged at the rates listed above.

Yes, free of charge. Our reception and nursing staff cover nine languages between them, and we book external interpreters on request when you make the appointment.
